Marty Katz - Founder and CEO
Marty has over twenty years of experience in Software QA and SCM. His speciality is Build Automation and Software Release. He has worked at some of the larger firms in Silicon Valley bringing his expertise and experience to help make the build process more efficent and reliable. Marty's experience also includes many failed startups from which he learned valuable lessons in the importance of process, focus, plans and determination. He has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Cal Poly, SLO. When not working, he is an avid bicycle rider, hiker, orienteerer and white water rafter. He also is a Red Cross Certified First Responder and County Parks volunteer. He holds a general class HAM operator license (KI6HYR).

 Billie Spell - Chief Operating Officer
With 25+ years of business experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, Billie has practical real world knowledge and experience in enabling business through process and systems solutions. Her experience includes over 20 years in the telecommunications industry as a senior manager and director in customer care, operations and software delivery. Billie has a proven record of delivering results. A graduate of the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Information Systems Management, she has deep and broad business experience across a variety of disciplines including software engineering, business process management, quality assurance and customer service.

 Jack Stanley - Chief Technical Officer
Jack has been in the trenches of Silicon Valley companies for over 20 years. Starting out as a programmer at Lockheed, he worked in Software Configuration Management before they even had a name for the discpline. He has been happily working in the field for 13 years. His experience includes permanent, contracting and consulting positions at large companies like Sun and Yahoo!, as well as experience with over a dozen startups. Jack has an Engineering degree from Cal Poly, SLO and an MBA degree from Santa Clara University. His strengths include a wide exposure to proven tools and processes as well a solid track record of successfully setting up build and release environments. Jack is also an amateur musician, white water rafting enthusiast, bicycle and motorcycle rider.

 Mark Himelstein
Mark Himelstein, one of the tech industry‘s most experienced and accomplished leaders. Mark has over 20 years experience in technology and research as a consultant and senior manager with large companies and start ups. A former Vice President of Solaris at Sun Microsystems, Mark has managed a multi-million dollar budget and a 500 person workforce to successfully develop and release major software products. He has also held senior management roles at Apple Computing and several start-ups including Enlighten Software Solutions, Digeo, Inc. and Infoblox, Inc.
